GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING LKG ADMISSION 2026 - 2027
Documents that need to be uploaded
* Student photo
* Family photo
* Birth Certificate - Completion of a minimum of 3 years and 6 months as on 01.07.2026
The scanned photo of your Child, the Family Photo (Father, Mother and Child) and Birth Certificate of the child should be uploaded during online registration.
* Child’s passport size photo - JPEG format less than 25 kb (width 3.5cms x height 4.5 cms)
* Family photo - JPEG format less than 100kb (width 6 inches x height 4 inches).
Modifying child’s date of birth during the registration process is strictly prohibited. More than one registration form for one candidate will be rejected. Incomplete Registration form will be summarily rejected.NO DONATION is received for admission. Please avoid giving money to anyone promising to get an admission. Copy of the filled in Registration Form will be sent to your given Email-ID as attachment for printout. The printed Registration Form with parents signature has to be submitted in person to the school office with the registration fee of Rs.200/- on Wednesday, 28th January 2026 from 9.00a.m. to 12.30p.m.
The photocopies of the Birth Certificate, Community Certificate and Aadhaar card for candidate have to be attached along with the Registration Form. (Please bring the originals also with you. It will be returned immediately after due verification) A photocopy of the Baptism Certificate and a letter from the Parish Priest. (only for Christians) Please attach photocopy of any one of the following documents as address proof: Aadhaar Card / Ration Card / Voter’s ID / Telephone Bill. (Please bring original for verification.) Registration Form submitted in the school office alone will be taken for admission process. Intimation regarding personal verification will be sent to all applicants by SMS or you can scan the QR code in the downloaded application to know the status within 2 weeks. Notifications for selection/rejection of students will be sent to the concerned parents by Sms or by scanning QR in the application form after personal verification. Kindly give your correct mobile number for sending SMS regarding admission. Admission will be confirmed only after all procedures are completed.
